Rajesh P. S. He was born in 1978, Kodungallur, Thrissur. He completed a national diploma in Sculpture from Govt. College of Arts Thrissur then completed Advance Diploma in Sculpture Kala-Bhavana, Visva Bharati University, Shantiniketan, West Bengal. He was awarded residency fellowship from Kanoria Centre for arts, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He received Junior Fellowship from Human Resource Ministry Govt. of India. He received scholarships from Kala-Bhavana and Kerala Lalit Kala Academy as well. He has participated in public sculpture projects, Damyang Art Festival, Damyang, Gwangju, South Korea, Public Sculpture Project, conducted by Vadodara Municipal Corporation, Vadodara, Gujarat, India etc.
He had first solo exhibition at Bombay art gallery in Mumbai, 2006. The second solo exhibition titled ‘from where we are-an existential reflection’ at Bombay art gallery in Mumbai 2009. As well as participating in several group exhibitions including National art exhibition. He has initiated and participated in public art projects in Ahmedabad, Vadodara etc. and participated in theatre activities in Kerala.
